Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CrowdCouch (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CrowdCouch is an independent fan community for discussing reality television. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any television network, streaming service, or production company. All show names, trademarks, logos and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the shows being discussed.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

You agree not to post or do the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or other adult (18+) content — including nudity and graphic material. This community is for all audiences.
• Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Pirated material — links to or copies of full episodes, streams, or other infringing content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or shocking content.
• False statements of fact about real people (including cast members) that could be defamatory.
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any other unlawful content.

Discussion, opinion, commentary, criticism and reviews of shows are welcome — that is what this community is for.

When you upload images, they must be your own or content you are allowed to share, must follow the rules above, and must be image files of 5 MB or smaller. We may remove uploads and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant CrowdCouch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your content on the Service so we can operate it. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law. You can report content using the report tools in the app. We act on notices of illegal content in line with applicable law (see our DMCA / takedown policy).

The Service is supported by third-party advertising. Ads may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. User content reflects the views of its authors, not CrowdCouch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
